Huntly G. Chapman, M.D.

Dr. Chapman - An avid golfer and an occasional fisherman, Huntly Chapman M.D., received his medical degree from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver Canada in 1971.
He is a fellow of the Royal College of surgeons of Canada and the diplomat of the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. Dr. Chapman is a certified lifecare planner and is frequently sought out for his expertise in orthopedic surgery. Dr. Chapman is well seasoned in the worker's compensation arena and brings an understanding that only experience can afford. Dr. Chapman practices primarily at Baylor University medical Center at Dallas. He is on the advisory committee for the Department of orthopedic surgery. Robert G. Viere, M.D.

Dr. Viere has performed spinal surgery in the Dallas area for more than 20 years. As a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon and a member of the North American Spine Society, Dr. Viere understands the challenges patients face when confronting neck and back pain.
Dr. Viere has a special interest in complex problems involving the cervical spine and accepts referrals for postoperative spinal problems. His offices combine pain management, state-of-the-art technology, artificial disc replacement, minimally-invasive surgery, and treatment for scoliosis. Dr. Viere is on staff at the Methodist Hospital for Surgery and Baylor University Medical Center, with privileges at Texas Scottish Rite. Prior to joining Baylor, Dr. Viere was head of the spine section in the department of orthopaedics at UT Southwestern Medical Center. He has been honored as one of the Best Doctors in Dallas in D Magazine from 2004-2010, as well as Best Doctors in America from 1994 to 2010, the gold standard in physician quality care. Andrew E. Park, M.D.

Dr. Park is a physician with a sense of balance and purpose in most any
situation. Dr. Andrew Park graduated with his medical degree from
Northwestern University in 1997 and completed his residency at Rush -
Presbyterian - St. Luke's Medical Center—Chicago, IL in 2002. Dr
Park's Spine fellowship was completed in 2003 at Emory University
Spine Center. Dr. Park is board certified by the American Board of
Orthopaedic Surgery. Dr. Park founded the only spine fellowship
program in Dallas recognized by the North American Spine Society. He
serves as fellowship director for the Dallas Spine Fellowship Program.
In addition to teaching other surgeons at various seminars and symposiums, he has also published original research in numerous peer- reviewed journals with regard to orthopaedic surgery and spine surgery. His primary practicing hospital is Baylor University Medical Center of Dallas, but he has privileges at Medical City Dallas Hospital and Baylor Medical Center at Uptown as well. Kendall Carll, M.D.

Dr. Carll is the newest physician at Texas Spine Consultants, LLP, joining us in 2008. He completed a one-year spine fellowship under the tutelage of Drs. Andrew Park and Robert Viere. Dr. Carll came to Dallas with an already impressive academic background. As an undergraduate at The Citadel, he finished first in his class. He then received his medical degree cum laude in 2003 from the University of Florida where he was also inducted into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha National Honor Society. After graduating, Dr. Carll stayed at the University of Florida for five more years to continue his training with a special focus in minimally invasive spine surgery.
Dr. Carll is board-certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, North American Spine Society, and the Texas Medical Association. Dr. Carll’s approach is conservative, personal and individualized. He strives to give his patients a thorough understanding of their condition and all of their treatment options. Dr.Carll has been recognized with the 2011 Patients Choice Award. Chun M. Lin, M.D.
Board Certified in Physical Medicine
and Rehabiliation and Subspeciality Board Certification in Pain Management
Dr. Lin is board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and subspecialty board certified in Pain Medicine. He received his medical doctorate from Northwestern University Medical School in 2002, followed by residency at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago. He then went on to complete a fellowship in Pain Medicine at UCLA in 2007.
Dr. Lin's training allows him to employ a broad range of treatments, ranging from more conservative therapies (physical therapy, occupational therapy) to more advanced treatments (epidural steroid injections, radiofrequency ablation procedures, spinal cord stimulators). Dr Lin works with his patients to create an individualized treatment program to help manage their pain, return them to a higher level of function, and most importantly improve their quality of life.
